Our Humble Beginnings

RKS Catering evolved from its original business, "Great American Burgers" on Flamingo and Rainbow. At "Great American Burgers" we introduced a gourmet twist to quick service restaurants. We dared to create top-of-the-line food products prepared fresh daily and cooked over a Char-grill.

With quality as our mantra, customers would always comment, "it's a shame you can't cook for your company picnic/corporate sales rally/school/corporate anniversary... YOUR FOOD IS GREAT!"

After hearing that countless times, we created our catering and special events arm to market our style of Thrilling Grilling Favorites, from Cajun Chicken to Home Made Chili. Since 1996 our catering and special events business has flourished. Customers appreciate our abilities to create, "tastes and flavors that excite the palate."
